Manager Clinical Operations

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager Clinical Operations (MCO) is responsible for the full clinical oversight and clinical management of Chaffey Aged Care (Chaffey) by Leading the Clinical Operations teams. The MCO overall objective is to ensure Chaffey provides the highest quality aged care services that are consistent with aged care accreditation standards and Chaffey’s purpose and values.  This position ensures the delivery of holistic and best practice Aged Care services to optimise the health and well-being of residents.  The MCO is part of the Executive team and has overall accountability for the day-to-day operations of the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

Board Director:

Nominations are called for the position of Director on the Board of Rural Care Australia Ltd.

The Board is responsible for the overall governance, management and strategic direction of the organisation and for delivering accountable corporate performance in accordance with the organisation’s goals and objectives. 

Nominations must be proposed and seconded by directors of the company.

The person being nominated must either sign the nomination form or the person being nominated must separately indicate in writing their willingness to be nominated.
